AFFORDABLE REPRESENTATION FROM OUR INJURY LAWYERS
If you suffer from any personal injury, acquiring legal representation from our Carolina injury attorneys may be more affordable than you expect. At Stewart Law Offices, LLC, we do everything we can to give you access to an experienced injury attorney who can fight for the compensation you need. One way we make our legal services accessible to everyone is by contingency fee agreements. These arrangements can be beneficial to those who need legal services after suffering from serious injuries from car wrecks, truck accidents, on-the-job accidents, hospital errors or other incidents.
What is a Contingency Fee Agreement?
A contingency fee agreement allows our firm to represent a personal injury victim without charging any fees to our client at the start of the case, and without the client having to pay out their pocket for our assistance. Instead, our fees will be paid by a percentage of any recovery we make on the client’s behalf, either after obtaining a settlement or award after trial. The fee is called “contingent” because we will only charge a fee if a recovery is made for our client. This puts our client in the best possible position of securing legal representation while minimizing financial risk.
Our firm only pursues a case on behalf of a client when we believe our clients are owed money and we can obtain a recovery. When any recovery is made for our client, our firm receives a percentage of the awarded sum as our fee. We then receive reimbursement for money that the firm pays out for costs on the client’s behalf during the case, with the remaining amount going straight to our client’s benefit.
All attorney fee agreements are explained to prospective clients in full in our no cost, no obligation initial consultations.
