What We Do

Our personal injury lawyers at Stewart Law Offices fight for the rights of people who have been harmed by the careless and reckless acts of others. Our practice areas include:

Car Accidents
Motorcycle Accidents
Truck Accidents
Workers’ Compensation
Medical Malpractice
Wrongful Death

We, Will, Fight for You

No matter what your case involves, the attorneys of Stewart Law Offices will dedicate the full extent of our skill, experience and resources to fighting for the compensation that you deserve, including:

Past and future costs of your medical care
Lost wages and diminishment of your future earning ability
Pain and suffering
Emotional anguish
Loss of consortium
Punitive damages (in exceptional cases)
Wrongful death damages.

We begin every case with a thorough investigation. We want to determine why your injuries happened and who should be held responsible for them. We may also consult with highly knowledgeable medical or other professionals about your case. Next, we will demand full and fair compensation for you. Typically, this will involve negotiations with the at-fault party’s insurance company. If the insurer challenges liability and/or the amount of damages, we will be ready to fight for you at trial.

Throughout your case, we will work closely with you, focus on your goals and answer any questions you may have about your case. What’s important to you is important to us.

We will represent you on a contingency fee basis. This means that you will pay no costs or fees unless we secure compensation for you. Our fee will represent a percentage of the awarded sum, then additional reimbursement to return any costs that we paid out during your case to help secure your recovery.
