About Tyler Bathrick: Early Life & Education

Tyler Bathrick was born in South Bend, Indiana, just miles away from the University of Notre Dame. Upon graduating high school, Tyler enrolled at Indiana University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. After finishing his undergrad studies, Tyler attended the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Legal Career

After graduating from law school, Tyler began work as an associate attorney, where he trained under two former South Carolina Workers’ Comp commissioners. Tyler gained invaluable experience at this job, learning the ins and outs of the workers compensation system while representing hundreds of injured workers. In fact, he is regularly contacted by other law firms to assist them with the handling of their client’s workers compensation claims.

Tyler is now one of the leading attorneys at Stewart Law Offices, where he focuses primarily on South Carolina workers’ compensation, auto accident, and other personal injury claims.

Personal Life

Tyler resides in Rock Hill, South Carolina with his wife Tracie and their two children. In his free time, Tyler enjoys playing basketball, hiking, and fishing.
